Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 09.01.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.74854 of 2018. Thereafter, many other accused persons namely, Sanjeev Sharma, Devendra Sharma, Raja Satyam Kumar have been granted anticipatory bail but it appears that on earlier occasion after perusal of the entire case diary, the order was passed. Petitioner was seen with the deceased Amarnath Thakur and in the next morning the dead body of the deceased was recovered in a canal.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70905 of 2019(2) dt.18-09-2020 2/2 On consideration of the facts aforesaid, I do not find any new material. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is once again rejected.
