Mandal University (hereinafter referred to as the 'University'), the admitted dues have been paid but there is some discrepancy in the calculation for which liberty may be given to file representation.

Having regard to the aforesaid, the application stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file representation pointing out the error in the calculation made with regard to the payments received by the petitioner. If such representation is filed before the Registrar of the University, within one month from today, the Authority shall decide the same within two months from the date of filing and if any payment is to be made, the same shall also be paid within one month from the date of passing of the order by the Registrar of the University.
