====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 20-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Special Case No. 128 of 2018 arising out of Patliputra P.S. Case No. 508 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 20 and 22 of N.D.P.S. Act.

It is alleged in the written report that 50 grams Ganja is alleged to be recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 29.10.2018 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.76989 of 2018(2) dt.20-12-2018 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, NDPS Act, Patna, in connection with Special Case No. 128 of 2018 arising out of Patliputra P.S. Case No. 508 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
