The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bakhtiarpur (Balwahat O.P.) P.S. Case No. 325 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation of the prosecution is that unknown accused person had snatched the mobile of the informant. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that when the petitioner was arrested in the other case bearing Bakhtiarpur P.S. Case No. 317 of 2018, the petitioner has been remanded in the present case, however, no T.I. Parade has been held nor any recovery has been made from the petitioner. The petitioner is stated to be languishing in custody since

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Saharsa in connection with Bakhtiarpur (Balwahat O.P.) P.S. Case No. 325 of 2018.
