The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420/467/468/471/120B of the Indian Penal Code. Submission is that the petitioner is Panchayat Samiti. Allegation is against the appointment committee that they showed favour in the appointment of teachers. Co-accused Nandlal Chaudhary, who was Panchayat Secretary, and some other co-accused having identical allegation have already been allowed bail by different coordinate Benches of this Court. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67324 of 2019(2) dt.16-01-2020 2/2 above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No.170 of 2019, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the Court.
