The petitioners have prayed for grant of bail in connection with Sasaram (T) P.S. Case No. 359 of 2022 registered under sections 498A, 304(B), 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegations against the petitioners is that they killed the sister of the informant due to non-fulfillment of dowry demand.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. Petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law due to which they have been falsely been implicated in this present case. It is

Informant's sister always put pressure on her husband for separation with his family. There is no prior complaint in respect of torture and demand of dowry rather general and omnibus allegations have been levelled against them. The husband of the deceased is in judicial custody. A statement has been made in para-3 of this petition that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. They are languishing in judicial custody since 01.08.2022. The application for bail is vehemently opposed by learned APP for the State.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Sasaram (T) P.S. Case No. 359 of 2022 on each of them furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram.
