The petitioner seeks bail in Didarganj P. S. Case No. 170 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a)/38(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and Sections 20/22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act, 1985.

It is alleged in the written report that Ganja kept in different packets total 9 kg and 255 gram and 4 litres 500 ML of foreign liquor have been recovered from possession of this petitioner.

In such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
