The petitioner is in custody since 14.08.2019 in connection with Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. Case No. 366/2014 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363/365 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on cognizance has been taken under Section 302/201 of the IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the petitioner was on bail, but since he could not appear on one date, his bail bonds were cancelled and subsequently, the petitioner has surrendered on 14.08.2019 and he is languishing in jail. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that his absence was not deliberate and it was occasioned on account of certain preoccupation.

Considering the entire facts and circumstances and the undertaking given to this Court by the petitioner that he will not absent himself any further, let the petitioner above named be

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70116 of 2019(3) dt.27-11-2019 2/2 released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ADJ-III, Gaya, in connection with Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. Case No. 366/2014.
