The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 517 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Sections 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he has no concern with the alleged motorcycle. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 06.08.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the

Case No. 517 of 2019.
