JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-10-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 393, 413, 414, 120B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. Petitioner and some others were caught by the police while they were making attempt to snatch a pick-up van from its driver and on being searched, one knife and one key were recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Moreover, it is informed that co-accused, Mithun Kumar @ Mithu Kumar, having similar allegation, has already been granted privilege of bail whereas petitioner is in jail custody since 06.07.2019 without having any criminal antecedent.

P.S. Case No. 432 of 2019.
