JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-08-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. (i) For issuance of an order, direction including writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the 4th respondent to take appropriate action against the rest of the waiting list from serial no. 130 to 625, prepared on the basis of priority of eligible beneficiaries of Gram Panchayat, Arpa in the Block-Hilsa, District, Nalanda whereby and whereunder serious irregularities have been made in implementation of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna-Gramin (PMAY-G), House Plus
Patna High Court CWJC No.17078 of 2023(3) dt.20-08-2024 2/3 scheme while preparing the list of above said beneficiaries, since it has not been prepared in accordance with the Rules framed for Pradhan Mantri Awas YojnaGramin (PMAY-G). Further to direct the respondent no.4 to take action against the list prepared on priority basis for eligible beneficiaries under proviso of Swachh Bharat Mission, Gramin (SBM-G) Scheme to provide incentive amount of Rs. 12,000/- for construction of toilet of Gram Panchayat, Arpa in the BlockHilsa, District, Nalanda. (ii) For issuance of an order, direction including writ in the nature of Mandamus to direct the respondent no. 4 to enquire into the rest of the waiting list, prepared for General Category from Serial Nos. 130 to 625, under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna-Gramin (PMAY-G), scheme and list prepared on priority basis for eligible beneficiaries under proviso of Swachh Bharat Mission, Gramin (SBM-G) Scheme to provide incentive amount of Rs.
12,000/- for construction of toilet of Gram Panchayat, Arpa and other panchayat in the Block of Hilsa, District, Nalanda, in order to find out irregularities made in the above list and thereafter, as per the guideline made by Government of India under the proviso of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna-Gramin (PMAY-G) and Swachh

The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the grievances of the petitioner has stood redressed during the interregnum period, hence the petitioner does not wish to press the present writ petition.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
