Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Balthar P.S. Case No.87 of 2016, registered under Sections 365, 366 and 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that while his daughter had gone to attend the call of nature, Viksham Sahni, the son of petitioners no.1 and 2 kidnapped her. The informant further alleged that the father, mother and sister of Viksham Sahni also helped him in kidnapping the daughter of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the victim solemnized marriage with the son of petitioners no.1 and

2. The victim disclosed her age to be 19 years. The police after investigation submitted final form finding the case false.

No.80030 of 2018(2) dt.11-01-2019 2/2 Considering the facts that the victim herself denied the factum of her kidnapping and disclosed that she voluntarily married Viksham Sahni, the son of petitioners no.1 and 2, let petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Balthar P.S.
