2. Petitioner apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 498A of the Indian Penal Code .

3 . Allegation against these petitioners is commission of torture and harassment due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry .

4. Petitioner No. 1 the eder brother of complainant's husband and petitioner No. 2 is the Gotni of the complainant. They are separate in mess and property. There is general and

Similarly situated co-accused persons have already granted bail by this Court vide order dated 31.08.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 53212 of 2023 . Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition .

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let this petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate , Gopalganj in connection with Complaint Case No. 1583 of 2021 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
