The petitioner seeks bail in Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 859 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section 37© of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged in the written report that petitioner was creating nuisance in the office after taking liquor. He committed Mar-Pit and broke the goods kept in the office. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 15.11.2018 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.76988 of 2018(2) dt.20-12-2018 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Civil Court, Patna, in connection with Masaurhi P.S.
