Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sirdalla P.S.Case No.184 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Sections 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the D.A. Act.
Allegation as per FIR FIR against the petitioner is that he happens to be husband of the informant and for demand of Rs.02 lac, he has subjected the informant to cruelty and not allowing to reside with him.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he was minor at that time and he was forcibly married with the informant , for which he has filed a petition before the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66165 of 2019(3) dt.10-01-2020 2/2 S.P., Nalanda.
Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides and in view of submissions as made above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM VI, Sri A.K. Ram, Nawada in connection with Sirdalla P.S.Case No.184 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with further condition to co-operate in the investigation.
