2. This is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus and/or any other writ, order or direction directing and commanding the respondents to make

Patna High Court CWJC No.15883 of 2023 dt.23-04-2024 2/3 payment of arrears of salary from 20th January, 1990 to January, 2015 working as an Assistant Teacher in Kameshwar Lata Sanskrit Madhyamik Vidyalaya, Ghoghardiha, Madhubani since after that the entire payment of arrear as well as currenty salary has been paid.

3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievance. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

4. The petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before respondent nos. 6 & 7 along with all supporting documents within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The respondent nos. 6 & 7 are well advised to consider the case of the petitioner after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within ten weeks from the date of receipt of the representation of the petitioner and pay the admitted/claimed dues of the petitioner within the stipulated period.

5. It is made clear that respondent nos. 6 & 7 shall be liable for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated
