The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 304(B), 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case is that deceased Babita Kumari was married with Rounak Mandal one year four months ago from the date of occurrence but Md. Mister kidnapped the deceased in conspiracy with his brother-in-law Md. Jubair about 11 months ago. Informant Om Prakash Mandal, informed about this occurrence to police. After that occurrence, police recovered

Babita Kumari informed about this occurrence to informant. Informant tried to pacify the matter but Md. Mister did not obey the verdict of panchayat. On 22.08.2019, Md. Mister, Md. Sajjad, Md. Jubair, Sanjita Khatoon and 4-5 other persons conspiring to each other brutally murdered the daughter of informant and they also took away ornaments of Babita Kumari and fled away.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are the in-laws and there is no specific allegation against the petitioners. He submits that husband of the victim is in custody. He further submits that petitioners bear no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Purnea in connection with Kasba Police Station Case No. 161 of 2019, subject to the
