JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 03-01-2019 The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Doriganj P.S.Case No. 182 of 2017 registered under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of dowry death. Petitioner happens to be the mother-in-law.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that in this case, husband of the deceased has been acquitted in a fullfledged trial in S.Tr. No. 411 of 2018 on 29.11.2018, which will appear from Annexure-2 and no specific allegation has been attributed against this petitioner.

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, abovenamed, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order, be released on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.77906 of 2018(2) dt.03-01-2019 2/2 upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-VII, Saran at Chapra in connection with Doriganj P.S. Case No. 182 of 2017; subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with further condition that petitioner shall co-operate in the disposal of trial and make herself available as and when required by the court.
