The petitioner apprehend his arrest in connection with Ghosi P.S. Case No. 19 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 325, 379, 406, 504 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation is regarding the accused persons including the petitioner herein having arrived at the place of occurrence and having assaulted the informant and others with iron rod, lathi etc.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as far as the petitioner is concerned, there is no allegation of any assault on the male members of the prosecution side and the

It is further submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case on account of previous enmity and land dispute and even if the F.I.R. is considered to be of any value on the very face of it, no occurrence can be said to have taken place, as alleged. The petitioner is stated to be having a clean antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from today, the petitioner above named shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail- bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1, Jehanabad in connection with Ghosi P.S. Case No. 19 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
