The petitioner seeks bail in Chandi P. S. Case No. 218 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 420, 406, 467, 471 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 67 of I.T. Act.

In the written report, it is alleged that informant got information that one unknown persons had come in the village and taking the Aadhar number, Bank account number, receipt of Malgujari and finger prints etc. on the pretext of registration of their name in Block . Later on, message came on the mobile of the informant for withdrawal of Rs. 10,000/-. Thereafter the aforesaid man was caught by the villager who disclosed his name as Kundan Kumar.

No.76940 of 2018(2) dt.20-12-2018 2/2 It is mentioned in para 14 of the bail petition that during investigation in paragraph nos. 38, 39,40 and 41 of the case diary several witnesses had categorically stated before the investigating officer that whatever amount had been taken out from their respective Bank Accounts, those amounts had been credited to their respective Bank Accounts. It has further been submitted that there is no specific allegation against this petitioner of withdrawing the amount illegally from the account of the farmers.

Petitioner is in custody since 22.7.2018 Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ACJM-I, Hilsa (Nalanda), in connection with Chandi P. S. Case No. 218 of 2018 subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
