The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Goraul (Kathara O.P.) P.S. Case No. 206 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the petitioner is father-in-law of the daughter of the informant and husband of the victim is in custody. The allegation against the petitioner is general and omnibus. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 01.08.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case
