Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No. 53 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a)/38(i), 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case on basis of confessional statement of the co-accused. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no concern with the seized article. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 20.09.2019.
