The petitioner seeks bail in Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 328 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 279, 304 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 37© of Bihar Prohibition of Wine and Excise Act.

It is alleged in the written report that due to rash and negligent driving of truck by the petitioner, one person sustained injury and died subsequently during treatment. Petitioner is in custody since 17.9.2018 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.77013 of 2018(2) dt.20-12-2018 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna, in connection with Gaurichak P.S.
