Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 406, 409, 420, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 41(1), 48 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing specific is alleged against this petitioner, rather the specific allegation is against other co-accused persons. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no concern with the seized article. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
