1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AC to GP-13 for the State.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners would be satisfied in the event if the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the authorities to consider the case of the petitioners in light of the order dated 09.08.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 16165 of 2019.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that in the nature of submission made by the learned

Patna High Court CWJC No.16283 of 2024(2) dt.18-11-2024 2/2 counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, the State will have no objection if the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Director, Primary Education, Government of Bihar, Patna to consider the case of the petitioners in terms of the order dated 09.08.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 16165 of 2019.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to file a representation before the Director, Primary Education, Government of Bihar, Patna annexing the copy of the order dated 09.08.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 16165 of 2019 (Kishor Kumar & Ors. Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.) on or before 06.12.2024 and if such representation is filed seeking redressal of the grievance of the petitioners as raised in the instant writ application, the Director, Primary Education, Government of Bihar, Patna shall dispose of the representation within a period of three months from the date of filing of the representation in accordance with law.

5. It is made clear that the Court has not gone into the merits of the case.
