Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AC to SC-1.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant writ application has been filed for a direction upon the respondents for measuring the land of the petitioner pertaining to Khata No. 43, Plot No. 434/499, area 24 dismal, Khata No. 46, Plot No. 426, area 50 dismal along with Khata No. 48, Plot No. 26/493, 27/471 and Plot No. 27, area 29.5 dismal, 4 dismal and 21 dismal pertaining to Thana No. 743, Mauza - Kasma, Anchal- Rafiganj, District-Aurangabad.

It is next submitted that petitioner had represented before the Circle Officer, Rafiganj by his representation dated 3-12024 (Annexure-2); when no action was taken, the petitioner moved before the D.C.L.R by filing representation dated 8-2-2024 (Annexure-3); thereafter also when no action was taken, the petitioner filed an application before the District Magistrate dated 153-2024 (Annexure-4), but still his representation is pending consideration by different authorities.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that the writ application can be disposed of with a direction to the Circle Officer, Rafiganj to take a decision with respect to the representation of the petitioner filed on 3-1-2024 (Annexure-2). 5.

The learned counsel for the petitioner also does not dispute the said submission of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Circle Officer, Rafiganj to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 3-12024 (Annexure-2) within a period of one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, in accordance with law.
