The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case No. 171 of 2018 registered under Sections 420, 467, 460, 471 and 385/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the allegations made in the first information report from which itself it would transpire that there is admitted land dispute between the parties and the independent witnesses examined by the police during investigation have not supported the allegation of demand of any ransom, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial
