JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 08-01-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 33-C of 2015, disclosing offences under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation as per complaint petition is that the coaccused in the complaint petition got a sale-deed executed by committing forgery from the complainant and the petitioner no.2 is the deed writer and the petitioner no.1 is the co-villager. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case and even according to the complaint petition it is clear that coaccused has purchased the land from the complainant by committing forgery and not the petitioners.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-1, Araria, in connection with Complaint Case No. 33-C of 2015, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
