This application for regular bail arises out of Sessions Trial No. 68 of 2019, Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 175 of 2017, disclosing offence punishable under Sections 363, 366-A of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner's application seeking regular bail was earlier rejected by this Court by an order dated 13.03.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15454 of 2019. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail. There is no new development which could be said to be a ground for reconsideration of the petitioner's prayer for his release on regular bail. Considering the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail. This application is accordingly rejected.
