The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Motihari Muffasil P.S. Case No. 272 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, nothing incriminating has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is has been dragged in this case on the confessional statement of the co-accused and he has been in custody since 08.07.2019.

Case No. 272 of 2019.
