Petitioner is in custody in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 150 of 2019 for the offence under sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against this petitioner is that he was involved in snatching bag containing Rs. 50,000/-. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 10.5.2019. He submits that petitioner was not named in the FIR yet he has not been put on TIP.

Considering the fact that petitioner was not named in the FRI and he is in custody since 10.5.2019 yet he has not been put on TIP in accordance with law, the Court is inclined to grant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72578 of 2019(3) dt.06-02-2020 2/2 bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, West Muzaffarpur, in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 150 of 2019.
