Patna High Court CWJC No.17747 of 2024(2) dt.25-11-2024 2/2 authorities to provide adequate security for protection of life and properties of the petitioners and the family members of petitioners in order to enable them to continue their cultivation work over their land without any disturbance by the then ex-land lord Ram Ragho Rai and his family members."

At the outset, though the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the Superintendent of Police, Rohtas at Sasaram, i.e. the Respondent No. 5, for redressal of their aforesaid grievances, however, seeks a direction upon him to act, in accordance with law, forthwith. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.
It is needless to state that in case, the petitioners file appropriate petition before the Respondent No. 5, the Respondent No. 5 shall enquire into the matter and act, in accordance with law, forthwith.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
