Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414, 420, 467, 468, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case, in brief, is that all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner used to deceive people by changing pins of their ATM cards in the ATM machine. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been made accused in this case only on the basis of statement of one co-accused person. No stolen or any incriminating article has been recovered from his possession or premises. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let
