2. The present application has been filed for initiation of a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for their willful and deliberate disobedience of the order of this Court dated 12.12.2023 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 10789 of 2023, wherein this Court had directed as follows:

"5. Considering the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties and taking note of the averments made in the supplementary counter

Patna High Court MJC No.3716 of 2024(3) dt.08-08-2025 2/3 affidavit, the present writ petition stands disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner that if he has still any grievance with regard to non-payment of any due amount under any head, he may file a representation before the concerned authority/respondent No. 5, who shall consider the same and pass a reasoned and speaking order expeditiously, preferably within a period of eight weeks."

3. The matter was heard earlier and on the last occasion, this Court had directed the concerned opposite party to pass reasoned and speaking order afresh in order to clarify the position.

4. In compliance with the order of this Court, a supplementary show-cause affidavit on behalf of O.P. No.5 came to be filed, wherein it has been categorically averred that the claim of the petitioner was duly considered and disposed off by a reasoned and speaking order afresh vide order dated 29.07.2025 contained in Memo No.859 (Annexure-O.P/A to the supplementary show-cause affidavit).

5. Learned Advocate for the petitioner submitted that again the respondent authorities has committed similar mistake and the claim of the petitioner was not considered in a right perspective.

6. Considering the nature of the order passed by this Court and the averments made in the supplementary show-cause affidavit as well as the order dated 29.07.2025 contained in Memo No.859, this Court is not persuaded to proceed with the contempt petition any further. Accordingly, the same stands closed.

7. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to challenge the afore-noted order dated 29.07.2025, if he is not satisfied with the same.
