The petitioners are in custody since 25.08.2019 in connection with Kuchaikot P.S. Case No. 250 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 30(A), 32(2) and 41 (1) of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition (Amendment( Act, 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner but from the car which was being driven by him of which he was not having any knowledge.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, let

Case No. 250 of 2019.
