The petitioner seeks bail in Nabinagar P.S. Case No.243 of 2018 registered under Sections 420, 376, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the petitioner called on her mobile on assurance of marriage. She came from Kolkata and went to Ranchi. They stayed in a hotel. The petitioner left her at bypass Aurangabad and the petitioner did not come. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that victim is a major girl. The petitioner has no relation with the victim. The victim wanted to marry with the petitioner and that is why this false case has been lodged.

It appears that informant out of her free will accompanied the petitioner and stayed together on assurance of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73669 of 2018(2) dt.12-12-2018 2/2 solemnizing marriage.

Since the victim appears to be a consenting party, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. I, Aurangabad in connection with Nabinagar P.S. Case No.243 of 2018.
