Petitioner is in custody in connection with Goghardiha P.S. Case No. 83 of 2018 for the offence under sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. In the instant case petitioner was arrested in connection with seizure of two bottles of Royal Stag wine each containing 180 ml. In the past also the petitioner was made accused in similar such case. However, considering the quantity of liquor and the fact that petitioner is in custody since 2.11.2018, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two
