1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Sunil Kumar Pandey, learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 352 and 3(5) of the BNS.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has antecedent of one case and has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant with an allegation that Azad Miyan stabbed her husband causing injury on his abdomen and hand.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is not alleged to have assaulted the husband of the informant and she came to be implicated only with a view to coerce Azad Miyan into submission.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72022 of 2025(2) dt.16-10-2025 2/2 anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and taking into consideration the fact that petitioner is a woman, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 84 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS.
