The petitioner has been in custody since 19.08.2019 in connection with RPF Post Kiul P.S. Case No. 04/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 3RP(UP) Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is scrap seller and he has been receiving many such scraps items from various sources and has no connection with the alleged theft of scrap which was so recovered from his premises. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that after the seizures were taken, the petitioner was compelled to put his signature on blank papers and the same has been converted into seizure-list. He further submits that the petitioner

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned R.J.M., Kiul, Lakhisarai, in connection with RPF Post Kiul P.S. Case No. 04/2019.
