This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for cancellation of bail bond as furnished by the opposite party no.2 in the light of the order dated 21.06.2019 passed in J.J.B. 246 of 2019, arising out of Nalanda Mahila P.S. Case No.31 of 2019, passed by the Principal Member, Juvenile Justice Board, Nalanda at Biharsharif.

Any order passed by the Juvenile Justice Board is appealable under Section 101 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015. As such, this application is not maintainable and the same is, accordingly, dismissed being not maintainable.
