The petitioner is in custody in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 361 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 24.06.2018. He submits that in the instant case one pistol with two live cartridges as alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
