JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-03-2023 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned APP appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 206 of 2021 alleged for the offence punishable under Sections 392, 397 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case and he is in custody since 06.10.2021.

Learned APP vehemently opposed the prayer for bail by contending that the petitioner is one of the accused persons involved in the killing of the deceased while committing robbery and there are enough materials available on record to

In view of the facts and circumstances, as mentioned above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
