The petitioner is in custody since 25.08.2018 in connection with Manigachhi P.S. Case No. 101 of 2018 for the offence registered under Section 30 (A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recovery has not been made from his conscious possession and that he has been falsely implicated in the present case.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
