The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Bounsi P.S.Case NO. 124 of 2016, registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 308 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioners is of assault to the son of the informant with lathi, danda causing injuries. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case and no any specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioners and they are own brothers and the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.230 of 2019(3) dt.31-01-2019 2/2 Learned A.P.P. opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that charge sheet has been submitted against the petitioners and earlier they were on police bail. Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances discussed above, let the petitioners, above named, surrender before the Court below and make prayer for regular bail, which will be considered by the learned court below itself considering that the petitioners were on police bail and they have not misused the same and considering the same he will dispose of the prayer for bail, if possible on same day. .
