2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 91 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-A), 25(1-AA), 25(1-B)a, 26(i)(ii) of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have been involved in selling of illegal arms.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been named in the confessional statement of the co-accused and it has also been submitted that there is no recovery from the petitioner who is in custody since 17.04.2024.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76727 of 2024(3) dt.22-01-2025 2/2 is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-II, Munger/concerned Court below in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 91 of 2024.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Muffsail Munger Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
