The petitioner seeks bail in connection with L.N.M. University P.S. Case No. 138 of 2019, registered under Sections 328, 307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the basis of fardbeyan of informant Dev Darshan Choudhary, L.N.M. University P.S. Case No. 138 of 2019 was registered under Sections 328, 307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code against three to four persons boarding on white colour magic vehicle. In course of investigation, one Ashok Singh was apprehended by the Police, who confessed his guilt disclosing the name of petitioner as his associate. No.75332 of 2019(2) dt.26-11-2019 2/2 in paragraph No.3 of the petition due to that reason, the Police implicated the petitioner in the present case showing his name in the confessional statement of co-accused Ashok Singh. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 14.06.2019.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M-IV, Darbhanga in connection with L.N.M.
