The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No. 270 of 2018, G.R. No. 2662 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act.
The allegation is regarding recovery of one country made pistol along with two cartridges from the possession of the petitioner.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 30.06.2018.

No.79458 of 2018(2) dt.21-01-2019 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No. 270 of 2018, G.R. No. 2662 of 2018.
