JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 16-01-2020 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Bhabua P. S. Case No. 203 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 305, 306, 34 of IPC. As per prosecution case son of the petitioner married with the deceased but the petitioner is not ready to accept the marriage stating that she was working as a Dai. She cannot made her daughter-in-law, due to that humiliation, she has committed the suicide.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that as a matter of fact, son of the petitioner was minor and as such, he has not accepted the deceased as his daughter-in-law in any way.

Having heard both sides, in view of the allegation, I

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68918 of 2019(3) dt.16-01-2020 2/2 am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. However, he has to surrender before the learned court below and make prayer for regular bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit, without being prejudiced by this order.
