The petitioners are languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/341/ 323/ 324 / 325/504/448/307/436/427 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner Bharat Lal Yadav is alleged to have caused injury with farsa at the head of the informant's father. However, the doctor has found simple injury caused by hard and blunt substance. Allegation against the petitioner Bindeshwari Yadav and other is of commission of assault on non-vital parts of the body. The petitioners are in custody since 22.07.2019. Investigation of the case is already complete.

No.65569 of 2019(2) dt.04-11-2019 2/2 Considering the entire facts aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Courtbelow where the case is pending in connection with Fulkaha P.S. Case No.112 of 2019, with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below. (b) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
