JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 09-05-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498(A), 326/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/ 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Later on, Section 304(B) I.P.C was also added. The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant for non-fulfillment of dowry demand. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and she has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is mother-in-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73640 of 2022(4) dt.09-05-2023 2/2 law of the deceased and she had no concern with the day-do-day affairs of the deceased and her husband. The petitioner lives separately from the husband of the deceased. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 19.09.2022.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the period under custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Semra P.S. Case No. 104 of 2022.
